The Ten Questions We Ask
Review these questions before your walkthrough. Some may be easier to answer with input from others across your organization.

- If you decided to explore AI or automation, what kind of help would be most useful?

Questions Before You Start
Do I get a readiness score?
No. The assessment does not assign a readiness score or grade. Instead, the walkthrough focuses on the specific factors affecting your organization's AI readiness and the areas that may need attention.
How long does it take?
Reviewing the 10 questions takes about 10 minutes. The walkthrough itself takes about 30 minutes and may benefit from input from someone in finance, operations, or another relevant team.
Do I need to be an ITS client?
No. The review is open to any business and it does not commit you to anything. If you already work with ITS, say so on the call and we will bring what we already know about your environment.
What if we do not know the answers?
That is okay. Uncertainty about where data lives, how AI is being used, or whether policies are in place can help identify where the review should begin.
Is this the same as the AI services ITS sells?
No. This assessment is designed to identify your current level of readiness before any AI project begins. If your responses show that areas such as data, security, or governance need attention first, the consultant will recommend addressing those areas before moving forward with AI.
