I highly recommend ITS. The team is very responsive. I feel the process is really easy when it comes to submitting the tickets and the response time is always very quick. If a person is having an issue, they reach out the same day and they're able to resolve those issues very quickly. It's always been very impressive how responsive they are, how helpful they are, and how friendly they are in the process. We've been working with ITS for about 8 to 10 years now. We had an extremely good experience with ITS when we received a phishing email and we found out about it a couple of days later. ITS was able to act immediately on isolating that account, confirming that no other accounts or server were breached, reinstating and upping our security levels on all our email address to make sure everything was solid again. I would definitely recommend ITS to other businesses for their responsiveness and reactiveness whenever we have an issue and even if they sense we have an issue that we haven't notice yet.
