ITS Names Rebecca Hethcox Senior Director of Project Management

LAS VEGAS, [AUGUST 6, 2026] — Intelligent Technical Solutions (ITS), a national managed IT and cybersecurity services provider, has named Rebecca Hethcox its new Senior Director of Project Management.
Hethcox will focus on making project delivery more consistent and predictable across ITS. Working with project managers, engineers, finance, and company leadership, she will help create clearer processes and greater visibility throughout the project lifecycle.
“My goal is to give our teams the structure and information they need to do their best work without adding unnecessary administrative burden,” Hethcox said. “With accurate schedules, resource plans, and completion timelines, we can make better decisions, set clearer expectations, and deliver a stronger client experience.”
Her initial priorities include improving how ITS schedules and tracks project work, expanding the use of dashboards, and applying automation to repetitive administrative tasks. These improvements will help ITS forecast project completion and revenue more accurately, identify resource needs, reduce errors, and allow technical teams to focus more time on client work.

Hethcox brings more than 20 years of experience in the managed services and technology industries. She began her MSP career in 2004 and later spent 11 years at ConnectWise, where she held leadership and client-facing roles spanning service operations and executive account management.
Her experience provides a broad understanding of the challenges MSPs face and how project, service, and technical teams can work together more effectively.
