Everyone wants to negotiate price when things are going well.  They want things fixed when they are not going well.  It is like getting a plumbing job done, if we know it needs to be done, we call around, we dicker about price.  If it is Christmas morning and the bathroom is overflowing, we’ll pay almost any amount to get the problem fixed.  Our computer support in Las Vegas is the same thing.  People will call in and when they hear our charge, they sometimes go to a competitor who works out of the back of their car, choosing to go cheaper.  It is America, so they certainly have this right to do this…

We support computer networks in Las Vegas, we have a company which takes this seriously.  We pay for insurance to make sure that if we ruin your network, you are covered.  We take our business as seriously as you take yours.  It is easy for someone who neglects to have extra employees to make sure you are taken care of immediately when you have a computer networking problem in Las Vegas or who neglects to purchase insurance to cover mistakes they may make which can cost your company hundreds of thousands of dollars…  When they shortcut necessary parts of the support process, yes, they can be cheaper.

Your employees cost a lot.  If your network is down for a day and you have 20 employees “who can’t do anything because the network is down” …  say you pay an average of $40 per hour per employee after benefits, etc…  One day of being down just in labor (not to mention lost sales, etc) cost you $6,400 — Dickering over the difference between $100 an hour or $150 and hour or even $200 per hour seems silly when one company may have you back up in 5 or 10 minutes and the other takes a whole day to get back to you.  You may have spent an extra $50 for the support, but saved $6,400 in doing so.

We feel with how busy people are, your primary objective is to keep your network running smoothly, not being the cheapest computer network support company in Las Vegas.  If you want to get a free no obligation assessment and see how we do business, please give us a call.  If you are currently down, what are you waiting for?

Managed Services is becoming a more and more popular word within the small business community.  What is Managed Services and what does it do for you?  How can managed services help your company manage its computer repair needs in Las Vegas?

At the core level, managed services mean that someone else manages an essential service to your business, in this case it would be IT.  Instead of hiring expensive IT professionals, which most small businesses can’t afford to do, but not wanting your nephew to have all the control on the network, managed services works well for many Las Vegas companies!

Basically you are sharing IT personal between 5 to 10 companies and instead of getting an inexperienced professional, you actually get an extremely qualified company working on your network.  Why?  Their jobs are tied to how well they can keep your network up and running.  If they learn all of the nuances, you can count on them to do a better job.  If an IT professional gets myopic and is only looking at one network on a day to day basis, he will likely not be as prepared as an IT professional in Las Vegas who is consistently addressing many challenging problems across different kinds of networks.
