Las Vegas Internet Technology Companies Assist with Cloud Music Management

Music management on your computer can be fun, but it can be frustrating at times. Some computer users like to use a single source for purchasing digital music online. Others like to search for great deals, and this can lead them to a variety of sources for digital content. Many choose to save music from CDs to their computers. These sources can lead to frustrations in getting all music organized for use with specific devices. If you are facing such frustrations, an IT company in Las Vegas can provide you with instruction and assistance in file management.

Right now, our favorite storage place is Google Music.  This cool cloud feature Google put together allows you to store and access up to 20,000 songs on the cloud and had simple to use apps for smartphone users.  It is free and easy to use.

Many of the most popular digital music providers are moving into a cloud storage platform. While your music may be stored on your computer, backup copies are stored in the cloud. The benefit of cloud storage is access. Your access to your content spans all devices and players. The disadvantage is that most services restrict storage. Some providers limit storage to a certain amount, charging for additional data. Other companies only provide free storage for content purchased from their sources. Additional content is permitted for storage at a cost. It’s tough to decipher the various models, but Las Vegas IT companies understand Internet trends and services. Your IT professional can help you in assessing these services and deciding on a platform for managing your music.

Cloud storage of music can be a bit confusing. However, it can also be extremely convenient. Contact Las Vegas IT professionals in order to get help with determining your storage needs.

Don’t Drown With a Bad Cell Contract!

Unfortunately, one thing I am an expert on is having a bad cell phone.  My iPhone seemed to drop calls constantly with AT&T and Apple both insisting it was the other person’s fault.  The day arrived where I had enough and switched to a Droid.  Well, that had its own issues, like data loading super slow, no doubt a Sprint problem, of course…

One thing I have learned about cell companies is that they tend to be perfect or brutal.  A bad cell phone is annoying and can cost business.

So, what is one to do when they have a cell phone that seems to have the Devil as the service provider??

  • Before talking to the clerk, take a deep breath, sometimes they can help you out… if they want to.  That is the issue, will your approach help them want to help?
  • If you ever get an error code – write it down!  Tracking is easier with these codes
  • Don’t accept the problem.  With my Android, I went in about 5 separate times and they finally just swapped the phone out for me.  Yes, I was that guy!
  • Consider the insurance and “losing the phone” if they absolutely refuse to help out (keep in mind there will probably be a deductible)
  • See if the issues all happen in one area or if they happen all over.
